Triple-D maintains quality with latest machinery infrastructure and technology. skilled and high qualified engineers are the main pillar of our company. by experienced engineers, We are developing in house products and Deliver it on time.

We are using CNC machines for machining the motor body, cover & shaft by which we are getting consistently accuracy. We have balancing machine to balance the rotor of the motor. We are using instrument which are from japan for testing accuracy of all the components. We test parameter of the motor for e.g. voltage, current, killo watt, load test, power factor etc. we are using latest software program for designing and testing the motor.

Material & Process Advantage :

Stamping - Imported & Indian cold rolled non grain oriented (CRNGO) high silicon steel.

Copper Wire - Super enameled dual coat copper wire & winding procces for motors is done by automatic stator winding line up [designed in USA] for better quality & fast production of motor winding.

Varnish - Varnish with high dielectric strength almost elimination chances of insulation failure.

Bearing - Double sealed [metallic sealing] ball bearings lubricated for life with high quality grease.

Rotor - Pressure die cast 99.6% EC grade pure aluminium.

Dynamic Balancing - Dynamic balancing with high precision balancing machines resulting in low vibration in motors.
